How to Make a Return
Email us first at returns@shopwildething.com to let us know you want to return your item.
Prepare your item: Make sure it is new, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue store credit. This usually takes about 7 days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your store credit has been processed.
Important: Items purchased with a promo code or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Can I still change my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it. If you need to make changes, you would need to return the item(s) for store credit once you receive them and place a new order with the correct items.
How to Track Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code by email. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way. Please note: it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking information is available.
If you are unable to track your package after 48 hours, please email us at admin@shopwildething.com, and we will contact the shipping company on your behalf.

U.S. Orders: Regular shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Express or Overnight Shipping: Additional fees apply, depending on the shipping method you choose.
International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
